Sales Process

In the Owner-Retained model, buyers pay you directly.

In the Reseller-Held model, buyers pay us.
Either way, we keep records of every transaction.
Monthly Settlement
At the end of the 30-day listing window, we reconcile all sales and commissions. You’ll get a final payout or invoice so everything is clear and settled in one step.

I believe that good business starts with honesty and clear communication. From the way we evaluate your items to how commissions are structured, you’ll always know exactly what to expect. No hidden fees, no surprises — just straightforward terms designed to build trust.

Tiered Consignment
We don’t think it’s fair that a $500 item should be charged the same commission percentage as a $20 item. That’s why we use a tiered consignment system — higher-value items are charged a lower percentage, and lower-value items a slightly higher one.
We offer two consignment models:

Owner-Retained – you keep the item until it sells.

Reseller-Held – we store and handle the item until it sells, with a slightly higher rate to cover transportation and storage.

Please note that I cannot take large furniture or oversized pieces into my possession. If you’re unsure whether your item is a fit, feel free to reach out!
